New Podcast Season Coming Soon
Hello My Dears,
Well, it’s been a minute. But I am thrilled to announce that we’re back! (And also deeply apologetic it took this long. So long. I am really sorry about that.) A new season of the Everything Happens Podcast will launch on Tuesday, May 7th.
We all carry labels we wouldn’t necessarily choose for ourselves. Things like chronic illness or grief or a learning disability or becoming a widower or caregiver or parent of a child with important needs.
How do we learn to build beautiful lives alongside the things we didn’t necessarily pick?
That’s what this season is all about. I’ve spent the spring speaking with wise and funny and kind people. Together, we’ll explore the things we carry. And I can’t wait for you to listen along.
If you subscribe (by clicking here), you’ll wake up to a new episode every other Tuesday. We will also have discussion questions, Twitter chats, and bonus resources for you to take these conversations outside of your earbuds and into your living rooms and offices, church pews and online chat groups. More than anything, my hope and prayer as that these new episodes offer rich language and meaningful community for one another as we all learn to live alongside the things we carry.
The countdown is on. Mark your calendar. Tell a friend. Everything Happens is back on Tuesday, May 7th.
Oh… I guess I could give you a hint as to who our first guest will be. She is a memoirist who writes about being a wife and mom and aging grown up—and it is always sprinkled with lots of humor.
Any guesses?
Best,
Kate
I hate to admit this, but I don’t know how to listen to your podcast. I’m older (imagine that). This sounds right up my alley, though. 2 years ago, I had to have a quadruple bypass and since that time have had a hard time engaging in life joyfully. I would love to listen to your podcast if you would just tell me how. I subscribe to FB and that’s all. I have an Android phone. I love all of your e-mails. Thank you so much and God bless you.
Hi Marie! If you click on this link: https://katebowler.com/everything-happens/
It will take you to the podcast page where you can listen to any of the old episodes directly on your web browser. You also can download “Stitcher” from the Google Play app store on the android phone to stream through that app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.stitcher.app
I can’t wait. When is your Tedtalk coming out?
